230 cfm Portable Compressor added to Compressor Hire Solutions FleetAs another example of our continued investment in new technology and versatile, energy-saving products for our hire customers, we have recently added a new generation, low emission KAESER MOBILAIR M65 Portable Compressor to our extensive air compressor hire solutions fleet. Delivering 6.6 m³/min (230 cfm) at 7 bar and 5.6 m³/min (195 cfm) at 10 bar, this innovative and flexible new generation portable powerhouse features efficient pV Control with adjustable pressure setting and the KAESER patented Anti-Frost Control. The powerful combination of a highly efficient KAESER rotary screw airend featuring the energy-saving SIGMA PROFILE and an environmentally friendly Kubota V2403CR-T engine – certified in accordance with EU Stage V – provides impressive fuel efficiency at the lowest possible emissions levels.
KEY M65 FEATURES EXPLAINED:
pV Control - adjustable pressure setting - thanks to KAESER’s pV Control, the maximum pressure (p) is adjustable in steps of 0.1 bar between 6 and 14 bar and directly influences the maximum possible flow rate (V). This innovative control provides great flexibility in terms of both pressure and flow rate and is particularly beneficial when working with longer hose lines. Anti-Frost Control - Specially developed by KAESER for portable compressors, the patented Anti-Frost Control automatically adjusts operating temperature in relation to ambient. In combination with the optional tool lubricator, this feature prevents air tools from freezing up and therefore significantly extends their service life. Low Emissions - the M65 is certified in accordance with EU Directive 2016/1628, Stage V to ensure clean-air operation whenever and wherever it is operated, not just in Low Emission Zones. In addition, with a diesel particulate filter fitted as standard, this environmentally friendly powerhouse meets the most stringent site requirements. SIGMA CONTROL SMART - Using state-of-the-art electronic engine management, this advanced portable compressor controller developed by KAESER ensures optimised compressed air availability, fuel efficiency and exhaust air management. Functions include an operating mode display and an intuitive user interface, plus monitoring and system diagnostics.
