Cameron Kerr (DipCAM)

As a company Director, Cameron is responsible for managing the Sales, Service, Operations and Marketing teams across our business.

This responsibility provides the opportunity for Cameron to actively and expertly support the Sales & Service Departments across our four highly regarded Sales & Service Centres in Glasgow, Perth, Aberdeen and Inverness.

Cameron has 30 years ‘hands-on’ experience in compressed air and pneumatics. From his first role as an Electrical Apprentice within the company service department, Cameron then trained to be a fully qualified Service Engineer before becoming Service Manager and then a Director.

Qualified by BCAS with a Diploma In Compressed Air Management (DipCAM), Cameron maintains his professional knowledge through regular manufacturer product, service and technical training courses plus health & safety processes/training.

Ian Kerr (DipCAM)

The founder of our company over 40 years ago, Ian’s interest in Mechanical Engineering and extensive experience in a wide range of Scottish industries has shaped the direction and success of our business.

Throughout his long career and as Managing Director, Ian’s primary focus is always ensuring we deliver exceptional levels of customer service and satisfaction. Carefully considering and forging mutually beneficial partnerships with market-leading suppliers of high-quality products, solutions, and services has helped achieve this goal.

Maintaining a visionary approach, attention to detail and always looking to be one step ahead, Ian is committed to the continued investment in our people, technology, infrastructure, and processes.

Recognising that our expert team is our greatest asset, we continue providing specialist training while encouraging personal learning and development to nurture and encourage our employees to build professional careers.

Audrey Kerr

A key member of our senior management team, Audrey has worked with the company for over 30 years.

Starting as a Junior in accounts and working her way up to her role as Finance Director, Audrey works closely with Ian and Cameron to manage the growth and success of our company.

With her expertise, our experienced accounts team is respected by our valued customers and market-leading suppliers for providing courteous, accurate, and professional service.

Investing in the technology, systems, processes, and people to effectively and efficiently manage our financial responsibilities, Audrey and her team continue to support all areas of our business and operations expertly.

Paul Wynne (DipCAM)

With almost 40 years of compressed air sales and service experience and qualified by BCAS with a Diploma In Compressed Air Management (DipCAM), Paul has been with Kerr Compressors for over 26 years.

As our Service Manager (South), Paul is responsible for our expert team of specialist service and installation engineers working out of Glasgow and Edinburgh, throughout the Central Belt and the Borders.

With his mechanical expertise, all-round practical experience and hands-on approach, Paul remains an active member of our specialist service team.

Delivering excellent customer service and providing our customers with reliable and efficient compressed air systems, Paul works hard to ensure that all work is completed first time, on time and to each customer’s wishes or requests.

Scott Topping

As our Service Manager (North), Scott is responsible for our expert teams of specialist service and installation engineers at our Sales & Service Centres in Perth and Aberdeen.

Joining us in 2001, Scott has extensive experience in compressed air, on-site nitrogen generation and fluid power applications across diverse markets and industries.

Supporting customers and colleagues throughout Scotland, Scott’s expertise and practical knowledge of most air compressor makes and types help us to deliver exceptional service 24/7 and 365 days a year.

Whether project managing large and complex installations or overseeing our professional service and preventative maintenance contracts, Scott ensures that we maintain the very high standards we pride ourselves on.

Tommy Cullen

As our QHSE & Projects Manager, Thomas (Tommy) ensures that we are accredited with the most stringent internationally recognised standards for our Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Management Systems.

With a remarkable 40-year career milestone fast approaching, Tommy’s vast experience and knowledge are invaluable in maintaining the highest standards across our business and all our areas of expertise and operation.

These standards and our accredited status across many recognised industry platforms assure our customers that they are working with an experienced, professional company where standards matter.

Tommy excels in providing professional support to our projects team and our specialist engineers by expertly guiding, advising, and managing the design of energy-saving customer systems and installations throughout Scotland.

Robert Brady

With over 25 years of exceptional service, Robert is responsible for our expert Inverness – Sales & Service Centre team, providing 24/7 support throughout the Highlands and Islands.

From Buckie to Fort William, Aviemore to Thurso, across Orkney, Skye, and the Hebrides, our Inverness Centre colleagues have the resources and ability to respond to any requirement at short notice.

A factory-trained, multi-skilled professional, Robert has extensive experience installing, servicing, maintaining and repairing compressed air systems.

As a hands-on specialist engineer, he enjoys the problem-solving aspects of his busy and rewarding role as our Centre Manager – Inverness.

Janice Graham (DipCAM)

Working out of our Glasgow Head Office/Sales & Service Centre for a total of 28 years, Janice is a highly regarded and valued member of our professional team of compressed air specialists.

Initially working with us as a service and parts expert, Janice utilised this experience and knowledge to achieve further success with us as a Sales Executive for the past 15 years.

Janice takes great pride in looking after all our customers, working to support her colleagues across our business, including our established regional Centres in Perth, Aberdeen and Inverness.

Complimenting her British Compressed Air Society (BCAS) Diploma in Compressed Air Management (DipCam), Janice has completed the training course and assessment in Compressed Air System Technology (CAST).

John McNeil

With responsibility for Edinburgh and the Eastern Central Belt, John is an experienced and highly regarded engineer based out of our Glasgow Head Office/Sales & Service Centre.

Having looked after many customers for years in his role as a specialist service engineer, John is utilising this experience and knowledge to achieve further success with us as a Technical Sales Engineer.

A valued member of our professional team of compressed air specialists, John works closely with our service team and supports colleagues across our business, including our established regional Centres in Perth, Aberdeen and Inverness.

Robert Adamson

A valued and knowledgeable member of our expert Perth – Sales & Service Centre team with a background in Industrial Electrical Engineering, Robert (Bob) has over 30 years of compressed air sales and business development experience.

Bob’s role as a Technical Sales Engineer involves providing expert support to both customers and colleagues throughout Central Scotland.

He specialises in developing energy-efficient solutions for projects of all sizes and takes pride in optimising existing compressed air systems or planning new systems tailored to individual customer needs.

Bob is a highly respected and sought-after member of our professional team of compressed air specialists. His expertise is invaluable in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service, support and return on their investment.

Graeme Myron

As an experienced Sales Engineer operating from our Aberdeen and Inverness – Sales & Service Centres, Graeme has a wealth of compressed air and fluid power product knowledge.

Working closely with our specialist engineers, he supports all areas of our business and operations, providing excellent customer service from Peterhead to Mallaig, on Shetland and Orkney and across the Highlands and Islands.

Utilising his experience of the offshore industry and with the Scottish Aquaculture community, Graeme is a successful and valued member of our expert team.

William Johnston

Since 2013, Will has been an invaluable member of our experienced Glasgow – Head Office/Sales & Service Centre team.

As our Stores & Procurement Controller, Will is responsible for managing, procuring and maintaining our extensive stock holding of manufacturer genuine spare parts, service kits, consumables, and fittings.

Expertly organising and dispatching numerous orders each day while expediting any non-stock items, Will maintains close working relationships with our market-leading suppliers to ensure the accurate identification, efficient quoting, and prompt ordering of parts.

Taking into consideration logistical resources, Will works tirelessly to secure the most efficient, timely, and cost-effective fulfilment of all customer orders.

William West

A valued colleague and experienced Senior Engineer, in 2023, we celebrated William’s remarkable career milestone of 25 years of outstanding service with us.

Working from our Perth – Sales & Service Centre, William (Willie) provides invaluable expertise and professional support throughout Scotland, guiding and assisting customers and colleagues.

We are incredibly fortunate to have such an outstanding ambassador representing our company and serving as a role model for our expert team of specialist engineers.

Willie’s commitment to delivering exceptional customer service is greatly appreciated and significantly contributes to our success.

Emily Bell

Having celebrated her 5th work anniversary with us early in 2023, we were delighted to confirm Emily in her well-deserved position as our QHSE Administrator.

Working closely with Thomas Cullen, our experienced QHSE & Projects Manager, Emily provides valuable support to ensure we continue to deliver on our commitment to maintaining the highest standards across all our business activities.

Based at our Glasgow Head Office/Sales & Service Centre, Emily is a highly regarded and valued member of our professional and experienced team of compressed air specialists.

Emily works hard to support her colleagues across all our areas of operation and through our established regional centres in Perth, Aberdeen and Inverness.
