• Tuesday 16th December 2025 – Last despatch date for ‘Highlands and Islands’ customer orders on standard 2-5 day delivery for delivery prior to Christmas
• Thursday 18th December 2025: – Last despatch date for customer orders on standard 2-3 day delivery (including pallets) for delivery prior to Christmas
• Monday 22nd December 2025: – Last despatch date for customer orders on next day (am) delivery for delivery prior to Christmas
• Monday 5th January 2026 – Return to business as usual
