Energy savings: Fixed-speed systems feature asynchronous motors which meet the IE4 efficiency class. Frequency-controlled rotary screw compressors are equipped with IE5 motors and meet the IES2 system efficiency class. Extended service life: Electronic Thermo Management dynamically controls the fluid temperature on all ASD, BSD and CSD(X) Series compressor models. Saving additional energy, this also reliably prevents condensate formation and the associated damage moisture can cause.

Heat recovery: KAESER rotary screw compressors convert 100% of the electrical drive energy supplied to them into heat energy. Up to 96% of this energy can be recovered and reused for heating purposes using air compressor heat recovery systems.
