Manufactured, inspected and assembled with meticulous care and precision, each compressor block is carefully assembled and tested to the very highest standards at KAESER’s reciprocating compressor production centre in Germany.

Other high quality components such as pressure switches, solenoid valves and air receivers are chosen from trusted specialist manufacturers.

The industrial quality range features two series, the oil-lubricated KCCD and KKCD Series and dry-running oil-free KCTD and KCT Series.

KCCD & KCD SERIES

KAESER’s KCCD & KCD Series of oil-lubricated industrial reciprocating compressors deliver high pressures and flow rates for industrial applications.

For durable and straightforward operation, this industrial quality series is available in two versions:

• Dual systems: For space-saving and fail-safe dependability, dual units comprise two compressors mounted on a single horizontal air receiver.
• Base-mounted systems: Base-mounted unit versions are available for integration into individual or existing systems.

KCTD & KCT SERIES

Developed for industrial users with high compressed air quality standards, KAESER’s KCTD & KCT Series of oil-free industrial reciprocating compressors are designed and constructed for demanding industrial applications.

This dry-running compressor range is available in three design versions:

• Directly coupled systems: With direct coupling of drive motor and compressor block, these compact individual units consist of a compressor and an air receiver with options of horizontal or vertical orientation.
• Dual systems: For space-saving and fail-safe dependability, dual units comprise two compressors mounted on a single horizontal air receiver.
• Base-mounted systems: Base-mounted unit versions are available for integration into individual or existing systems.
