We are delighted to inform you of an important change in the ownership and leadership of our company, effective 1st April 2026.

To our valued customers and suppliers, we want to assure you that this transition will not affect our existing business relationships or the way we work together. You can continue to expect the same level of professionalism, reliability, and collaboration that you have come to know from us.

After more than 45 years of outstanding dedication, vision, and service, our founder and Managing Director, Ian Kerr, has stepped down from his role. This marks the end of a truly remarkable chapter in our company’s history, one defined by Ian’s passion for Mechanical Engineering, his extensive experience across a wide range of Scottish industries, and his unwavering commitment to excellence, which has shaped the very direction and success of our business.

Throughout his long and distinguished career, Ian’s primary focus has been on ensuring we deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Central to achieving this was his careful and considered approach to building mutually beneficial partnerships with market-leading suppliers of high-quality products, solutions, and services; partnerships that continue to underpin everything we do.

Maintaining a visionary approach, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to always being one step ahead, Ian remained committed to continued investment in our people, technology, infrastructure, and processes. His legacy is one we carry with immense pride, and on behalf of everyone at the company, we extend our deepest gratitude and warmest wishes to Ian as he begins this well-earned next chapter.

We are pleased to announce that ownership of the business has been transferred into the experienced and capable hands of Cameron Kerr and Audrey Kerr, both current directors of the company. Having worked closely alongside Ian, Cameron and Audrey have a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and a shared commitment to the values and standards that have always defined us. Customers, employees and suppliers can be assured of complete continuity in the quality of service and the strong relationships you have come to expect from us.
