Premium efficiency IE3 electric motor consumes less power for greater output that meets or exceeds the energy efficiency criteria required to be eligible for Enhanced Capital Allowances (ECA’s). SIGMA Profile airend provides a large volume of air for less power consumption. Triple savings with the 1:1 drive as it reduces the number of components needed in comparison with traditional gear driven units and eliminates the associated transmission losses. This significantly increases reliability, service life and furthermore, reduces sound emissions. Low noise levels from just 65dB(A). The SIGMA Control automatically regulates & monitors the compressor. The cabinet is lined with glass-fibre laminated mineral wool and double vibration damped mountings helps keep sound emissions to a minimum. A powerful radial fan, that consumes significantly less drive power than conventional axial fans, saving more energy and also gives increased cooling air flow and helps reduce noise emissions further still. Further turnkey models available (T & T SFC) that provide cost effective clean, dry air from one space saving modular unit. Variable speed control (SFC) adjusts for varying air demands and constantly monitors system pressure providing further energy savings. |
