In 1978 HPC launched the 'Plusair' range of rotary screw compressors in their distinctive yellow cabinets. The unique Sigma profile air and design produced more air for less power and continues to offer outstanding efficiency today. All HPC screw compressors are quiet in operation, have low maintenance costs, and are available from 2.2KW to 450KW.

All supplied with EFF1 Class motors, HPC Compressors provide an energy efficient solution to all of your compressed air requirements.

Supplied in varying guises -

Standalone Compressor -           2.2 kW - 450 kW

Receiver Mounted (RM) -            2.2 kW - 9 kW

Integral Refrigerant Dryer (T) -    5.5 kW - 90 kW

RM & T Models (Aircentre) -         5.5 kW - 9 kW

Variable Frequency Drive (SFC) -  7.5 kW - 450 kW

All units 5.5 kW and above utilise a centrifugal cooling fan for lower noise emissions, increased electrical efficiency and increased cooling for the compressor.

Supplied as belt drive from 2.2 kW - 22 kW & direct drive from 18.5 kW - 450 kW.  All compressors have an operating pressure range from 5.5 bar - 15 bar, rated at 100% Full Load Duty. Lower pressures are available on request.
